Kek Lok Si Temple or "Temple of Supreme Bliss" is one of the resorts frequented by foreign tourists. Located at Air Itam, Penang, this Buddhist temple looks elegant with all its details. While approaching the temple by using stairs, you can visit the shops that sell souvenirs.

Began in 1890, the construction process seems still going. This temple becomes the centre of any Chinese celebrations like Chinese New Yearsm etc. A big Kuan Yin statue stand 30 m tall on the hillside on top of the pagoda and made of bronze material, replacing the old one that was burned. Take a closer look at this statue by using an elevator for RM 2.
